New York State Sectional Entry Rules
 | A USAG NYS Gymnasts must qualify to a sectional (State Qualification Competition) from a sanctioned local USAG competition. |

| Sectional entry's are due by the second Monday prior to the competition. |
| Sectional Deadline dates are posted on the Update Page on the NYS Web Page: Updates |
| Late Entry Fees, if accepted, are an additional $25.00 per gymnast made out to the host club. |
| Sectional Entry Forms must be properly filled out and include: Club Name, Address, Phone and Fax numbers and e-mail address, if available, the names of the Coaches attending the competition with their USAG Professional Numbers along with the expiration dates. The Athlete's Full Name, USAG ID Number, Date of Birth, Competition Level, Age Group, Qualification Score and where the athlete qualified. |
| Sectional Qualification Scores are accepted from any USAG sanctioned competition within Region 6. |
| Sectional Entry Forms are mailed to the host club. |
| Checks are made out to USAG / NYS. |
