From the New York City Area
Follow Route 17 (soon to be I-86) west to Binghamton.   Get on I-81 North and take it to exit 8 at Whitney Point. Follow Route 79 west into Ithaca (you will be on Rt 79 for approximately 40 minutes). 
As you get into Ithaca, Rt 79 will bear to the right.  DO NOT BEAR RIGHT.  JUST STAY STRAIGHT TOWARDS the brick road and the large clock.  At T-intersection turn LEFT onto Route 96B (Aurora St.).
The first RIGHT you can make is Clinton St…take that right.  Make a LEFT onto Route 13/34/96 South.  Follow 13/34/96 for approximately 1 mile.  The first light after Burger King and
Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant is Commercial Avenue.  Make a RIGHT onto Commercial Ave.  We are located at the end of the street on the left (behind the office building). 
If our parking lot is full, you can park at the recycling center across the street.

From Albany and New England
Follow the New York State Thruway (I-90) west to I-88 (exit 25A). Take I-88 west to Bainbridge (exit 8) and then Route 206 to Whitney Point.  Pick up Route 79 west to Ithaca

From Rochester and Buffalo
Follow the New York State Thruway (I-90) east to exit 41 at Waterloo. (Do not follow the signs that direct you to Ithaca via Geneva.) Turn RIGHT after the toll booth (onto Route 414 south),
then LEFT at the red light (onto Route 318 east). Follow Route 318 east several miles. At the T-intersection turn LEFT, then a quick RIGHT onto Route 89 into Ithaca. Once you get into Ithaca,
take a LEFT onto Buffalo Street (Follow signs for Route 13).  Take a RIGHT onto 13/34/96 South.  Follow for approximately 1.5 miles.  The first light after Burger King and
Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant is Commercial Avenue.  Make a RIGHT onto Commercial Ave.  We are located at the end of the street on the left (behind the office building). 
If our parking lot is full, you can park at the recycling center across the street.

From Binghamton and Points South

From Syracuse and Points North
Follow I-81 south to Cortland (exit 12). Take Route 281 south to Route 13 south to Ithaca. Before you get into Ithaca, you will get into Dryden. 
In Dryden, there is a RIGHT turn that you must make to stay on Route 13…Don’t miss it!  After that right turn, you will remain on Route 13 South for approximately 20-25 minutes. 
Once you get into the main part of Ithaca, you will pass a Wegmans, then a K-Mart and Wal-Mart.  Go a little further.  The first light after Burger King and Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant is Commercial Avenue. 
Make a RIGHT onto Commercial Ave.  We are located at the end of the street on the left (behind the office building).  If our parking lot is full, you can park at the recycling center across the street.

Program Advertisement
As the host gym of the New York Early State Championships, Finger Lakes Gymnastics will be offering programs for sale at the meet. (The programs are black and white; 8½" x 11".)
In addition to information about our team coaches and gymnasts, ads will be sold to local businesses and team member families and acquaintances.
If anyone at your gym (coaches, parents, etc.) would like to purchase an ad for your team or an individual, it must be submitted with payment and received by 5/15/2008.
