*Age at Team Cup or Level 5-6-7. Level 8 based on Age of gymnast at Region 8 Championships
Level 9 & 10 Age Divisions are set by USAG National Office before Regional Championship
Entry Fees Due 72 hours after on-line entry is e-mailed. State Championship Deadline the MONDAY two weeks prior to the State Championship.
If a State Qualifying Competition is held one week prior to the State Championship it may be used to qualify to the State Championship entry due
24 hours after competition.
COACHES:  list all of your athletes, even if not qualified and forward them to the SC. Wait until the deadline date and scratch those gymnasts
that have not qualified when you mail in the check. Please e-mail scratches in.
State Championship Fees (2012)
Early Season State Championship now pays by the Level of the Gymnast,
Level 5 & 6 - $50.00, Level 7 - $55.00 (lowered 2009), Level 8 - $60.00,  Level 9&10 - $70.00, Team Cup $50.00

FYI:
1. ONLY the gymnasts competing may be on the competitive floor - there are NO exceptions.
It is the Coaches RESPONSIBILITY to make sure their competitors are on the competition floor and ANY
other athletes are in the BLEACHERS. I cannot make this any clearer.
2. NO COACHES CHILDREN are ALLOWED on the COMPETITION FLOOR.

GRADUATING SENOR: Any USAG/NYS Gymnast graduating from High School receives our State's Senor Plaque. It is the Coaches responsibility to get your athlete's information to:
