 | Any athlete who
has previously competed in the Jr. Olympic Developmental Program, but has
been inactive for two or more years, must contact the SACC for proper entry
regulations. The options are: remain at the level at which
they last competed, move up one level if they achieved the minimum mobility
score during their last season, move down one numerical level, without
petitioning. |
 | Athletes whose competitive
experience has been outside of the USA Gymnastics structure may petition the
State Administrative Committee for entry into Level 6 or below and must prove
their proficiency at that level |
 | Any gymnast who
has had previous competitive experience in any system (including USA
Gymnastics) and who is a minimum
of 14 years old (and is also at least a freshman in High School) is eligible to petition
the SACC for entry into Level 7. |
 | T.O.P (Talent Opportunity
Program) National Team athletes who have been designated (in writing) by the
National staff may enter the Jr. Olympic Program at Level 8 or below. The
names of these athletes will be forwarded to the State Administrative
Committee Chair. |
